● The price and currency displayed at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card's currency.
● Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
● The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
● Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
● If you make a payment for our products or services, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
● The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and PATCH's policies and rules, which can be found on our website.
● Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for restricting access to their computer or mobile device. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
Warranty: We provide a One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all our items, except for those that are clearly mentioned in the product details.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
● If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and return the item for a full refund within one week, provided the item is in its original condition with all accompanying accessories. Postage charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded immediately.
● Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product’s original packaging seal is broken, as it will be considered in non-sellable condition.
● All refunds for any transactions made on our website will be processed to the original payment method used.
● Orders will be cancelled if not picked up or delivered due to incorrect address or contact details (as provided by the customer) within 10 working days. Any credit card payments will be fully refunded in such cases.
Delivery / Shipment Policy:
● PATCH will NOT provide any services or products to countries that are sanctioned by the UAE in accordance with UAE law.
● Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
● Delivery time within the UAE is 1-2 working days, and within the GCC is 3-4 working days.
Customer Information: Customer personal information will be used solely for processing orders and inquiries. PATCH will not share, rent, or disclose any information with third parties under any circumstances.
Import and Customs Duty Fees: PATCH is not responsible for any import customs duty charges to countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Any customs charges must be paid by the customer.
